Below you will find everything we need to make your event visible on Ticketmaster.
NOTICE:
These materials are only required for exclusive events with 1,000 tickets or more. For allocations and events with fewer than 1,000 tickets, you can view the list of required items here.
Actions will be scheduled according to availability and the marketing plan (established based on the number of tickets on sale). All materials must be submitted no later than 5 days before publication. If this deadline is not met, Ticketmaster cannot be held responsible if your event is not promoted on the scheduled date.

Pixels
A pixel is a small piece of script or code that we can implement on our website for the organiser (or their marketing agency). This provides the organiser with insight into the users of the page.
We support pixels from these providers:

In line with Ticketmaster’s current policy, for non-exclusive events the pixel will be implemented only on the confirmation page.
This measure ensures compliance with data protection standards, GDPR requirements, and commercial security protocols.
