Do you need a Ticketmaster Boilerplate?

How is the face value of a ticket decided?

Ticketmaster has no say on the face value price of a ticket. That is decided by the event organiser. What we do have a say over is the price that is displayed to you and we always ensure that you see the total price you will need to pay right from the beginning – we never hide our fees.

How is the service charge decided?

It varies for every event and it is agreed between us and the venue or event organiser, depending on the cost of putting on the entire show.

What do booking fees cover?

These fees simply cover the cost of processing a booking from start to finish – the only revenue we generate – including:

Retail distribution (websites, call center and customer service)

Payment processing

Technology solutions (scanning you in at the venue)

Ticket fulfillment (printing, packing and distributing tickets)

Can you tell me how many tickets have been sold for an event?
