What are Souvenir Tickets?
A Souvenir Ticket is a physical ticket that fans receive at home after the event. It is not an admission ticket, but a lasting memento of a unique live experience. It brings back the charm of the classic paper ticket as a collectible, within a fully digital ticketing environment.
Fans receive their regular digital ticket as usual. The Souvenir Ticket is sent by post one to two weeks after the event. Fans can keep it, frame it or add it to their collection.

Souvenir Tickets are a simple, appealing option within the existing purchase journey and they give fans a tangible keepsake of their visit.
The price is €5.95 per order, regardless of the number of tickets. Each digital ticket in the order receives a Souvenir Ticket.
Thanks to a standardized approach the implementation is particularly straightforward. No additional production costs, bespoke development or extra effort is required, and the delivery cost is also included.
